'Cuz I'm Hot And I'm Cold

The weather today really messed up me. In the morning it rained, so it was cold. I took my hoodie to school and manage to survive the cold but there was a side effect which I call the kotatsu effect.

Terminology: Kotatsu Effect
Definition: Kotatsus makes people who are using it feel lazy, sleepy, etc. (Check out one of the episodes in Nodame Cantabile to learn more) Thus, kotatsu effect makes people feel lazy, sleepy, etc.
Source: Mah Brain

As my hoodie made me feel warm and cozy, I also felt sleepy and during Add Math paper 1, I was day dreaming! My mind was floating around the world and into space. Luckily I manage to finish without rushing. Later after recess, the Sun came out and blazed the skies. It was hot! Even thought without my hoodie, my mind was not connected to my body. I was again day dreaming during Add Math paper 2. After the paper, I had headache and I felt dizzy and sleepy. Later at tuition, I was stressing my mind out to do homework. I felt horrible. Plus, the hyper duo, Eva and Sonia were bugging my mind. During that time, I became The Ken and kept sighing. Haih.... Kyon mode, continuous facepalming.

Looking Because It's Seeing

I've surfing some of my friends blogs and yes! I still like Jason's blog the best. He's quotes are smart yet he's random.

Random+Smart=Ranart or Smadom(?)

Some people just need to update their blog because from my point of view, their blogs are shouting,
"Hello?! I'm old and boring now!! Can you read me?! I'm like making people come in and leave after seeing that I'm not updated you know? Hello?!"

Some people are just posting lots of weird updates that are boring and long and uh... weird. I don't know if they have nothing to do or what but it bugs me to think that how on Mars do these people have so much to talk about? I bet if they were to write an essay about one day in their life they can do it 100 pages with 100,000,000,000,000 words to hand in.

For me, I need better things to post. You know? My life is so boring, when I look at Min's blog I go,
"How on Pluto can she have so many things to do in life? I wanna go out where I can experience stuff and enjoy life like there's no tomorrow. But there's next week."

My First Step In eBay

Today I went to eBay to search for puzzles. I found a number of puzzles I want at affordable prices but they all are to be paid via PayPal, that really brought me down. How the hell am I suppose to pay through that?! I don't think my mom would let buy them as the way they are paid even if she was willing to buy me something. But on second thought she might buy it for me. Haih... That YouTube user, MeMyselfAndPi is one lucky asshole. I wanna new puzzle!!

Oh, by the way, eBay is awesome! Next year I'm gonna make an account and sell some of my Pokemon cards (and probably my Digimon and Naruto cards) to rake myself some cash. Yeah.

Graduation Weird

Today is the last day all Form5 students in my school to sing our national anthem, Negaraku, our state song, and our school song. Why? Because our graduation day is this Saturday. But even after graduation, we still have to go to school next week. What a stupid way to graduate school.

The Rush, The Rain, The Surprise, The Search and The Cube

Today my add math tuition started earlier than usual at 10am instead of the usual 10.30am. Let's see... What my brain recorded right after I wake up. "Hey! It's almost 10 already!" my mom's voice makes me jump out of bed, race to the washroom and brush my teeth. As I went to change my clothes, the clock points at 10. I jog down the stairs, run to the computer, grab my bag (which was packed earlier in the morning at 2am) that was hanging on the chair, drank my cup of water, grabbed a packet of IKO biscuit and out of the door into my mom's car and zoom.

Later when tuition was almost over, I heard thunder growling from above us. So once I paid my teacher, I speed walk out of the house get wishing Kim goodbye and quickly walked across the park in front of the house as my teacher puts his books in his car and drives away. This is the first time I crossed the pipe bridge so quickly, I almost fell into the drain. Then I quickly made my way to my street. Soon I felt rain drops on my face. "Oh crap" was in my head. Then, I ran. As soon as I got into my house, my mom told me to cut some pandan leaves for sweet potato thong sui, I got out, cut five leaves ran into the house and then like 10 seconds later rain poured down heavily.

So after my mom left for her Chinese knot class, I lazed around and played with Patches. Then after the thunder stopped, I started to use the computer. When I got in, I came here and was surprised at the sudden raise in votes. Rena and Konata beat Yakumo and Ryogi! And somebody voted for Inoue some more but she can't beat Holo. Haha. Still I start to feel sorry for Inoue. Oh yeah, C.C. pwns!

I got down to Wikipedia and started to do my research for qualifications to be an anime animator in some companies but no results, even after I went to the webpages (Kyoto Animation, Studio Pierrot and Aniplex) and Google. Bahh... How am I suppose to know if I need a degree or just A levels to get a job at any one of those companies?! I wanna be a seiyu...

So after that I resided at YouTube watching some videos by MeMyselfAndPi. He made some videos about his Void Cube and some updates about getting it and how some Hong Kong guy from eBay sent him the wrong cube. Oh, he also made a really awesome snow sculpture of a Rubik's Cube! It was so cool! There was also a anger management video on how to destroy your 4x4x4 Rubik's Cube. Then there was a Dollar Cube's destruction, and a video about cheap V-Cubes. I went to check out the websites he recommended, v-cubes.com and cube4you.com. They have a bunch of puzzles I want but they are EXPENSIVE! But I still wanna buy them. I also have my eye on some cool Square1 puzzles with different shapes and some limited edition V-Cube 7s, V-Cube 7 "Dazzler" and V-Cube 7 "Illusion". There's also the Cubedron. Wow. I guessing Nakajima-san bought his new Gigaminx from cube4you.com because they have the DIY Gigaminx that looks like Nakajima-san's. Wait till I get to Japan! I'm gonna buy puzzles in frenzy! WHOAOH!

Priceless Treasures Of Childhood Memories

My sister's school (which is also my primary school) is having their annual selling event where people sell their unwanted stuff to students at super cheap prices ranging from RM0.10 to RM50.00. Believe it or not, a used packet of tissues costs 20 cents! Well, because of this event, my mom asked us (my two sisters and I) to clean our desk, shelves and cupboards to get rid of our unwanted stuff. Doing so, I found a lot of my old, dusty, hidden and almost forgotten belongings that I treasure. Finding them sure do bring back a lot of priceless memories.

I started off with cleaning out the inside of my desk and I found a lot of things that I had forgotten about,
-A box of poker cards that I did not know that I have
-My jug of pens and pencils, well, I can see them clearly as they stand out the most
-My box of useless CDs
-Unopened packets of pens
-An old McDonald's egg tray with paper bullets and two large marbles in it

Here's one thing with a memorable history, my very first trophy ever!

I got in when I was 13 years old, in Form1, at a camp in Taiping, Perak. It was more of like a what we now call a leisure camp and this camp was my very first camp. If I'm not mistaken, my troop had five representatives, three Form1s, Nicholas, Yat Hong and I, one Form2, Aaron and Form3, David. The campsite was located somewhere in between Maxwell Hill and Taiping Night Zoo. Looking at Google Earth brought back more memories. During the opening ceremony, we were divided into patrols. Amazingly, Aaron, Yat Hong and I were in the same patrol. We were put together with two girls from SMK Taman Sea and a Malay girl who disappeared from our patrol every since the second day of camp. Aaron was made the patrol leader and the two other girls the assistant patrol leader and the Q.M.M. I can't remember who was the Q.M.A. I think it was Yat Hong. I remember Aaron fell in love with our Q.M.M. but he did not admit it, even after transferring to Taman Sea the next year. Hmm... Can't remember the girl's name... Anyway, the name Yati for Yat Hong came from this camp because the people in charge (were they rovers? Can't be too sure...) told us to not call each other using our names at night, so Nicholas said to nickname ourselves, Nicky (Nicholas), Yati (Yat Hong) and Jenny (Me). The most memorable activity during the camp was hiking down Maxwell Hill, OBH (Operasi Buring Hantu) and the backwoods activity. We went up Maxwell Hill by jeep but when we had to go down, there was no jeep... So all of us had to hike down the hill. The most memorable thing about the hike was a girl, who slipped and roll down the slope. David who was some distance behind zoomed towards her, picked her up and asked, "Are you okay?" "Is your face okay? Ah.. It's it's still pretty. Don't worry." Hahaha! As expected of David. It rained when we were going down and it was first time seeing so many rainbows and walking through one! It was like a magical feeling.

Some of my stuff were placed under and around my desk so I lay them out neatly, cleaned the boxes and check out the stuff inside. The first box I opened was a B.first shoe box with the words, "Old Cards" on it. Wow. With one box, I ran to my shelf and pulled out other shoe boxes and opened them one by one and then bringing them together to form my collection of Pokemon cards.

A lot? There are about more than five thousand cards in total. Can you believe it? Believe it!

My card file holds the current generation of Pokemon cards that are labeled rare. The current generation ranges from EX Ruby&Sapphire theme to Diamond&Pearl Great Encounters theme.

It's really thick huh? Well, can you see there's a lighter layer somewhere in the middle? It separates my rare Pokemon cards and my Naruto cards.

My 1st and 2nd generation rare and promo cards and energy cards are kept here.

I don't think anybody remembers these cards! They were the first cards sold worldwide! From left to right, Base Set, Fossil and Jungle theme. I bet my friends who play Pokemon cards don't have these anymore.

All the 1st generation cards, Base Set, Base Set 2, Fossil, Jungle, Team Rocket, Gym Heroes, Promo and the Magneton is a 2nd Generation, Skyridge.

2nd generation cards, Neo Genesis, Neo Discovery, Neo Revelation and Neo Destiny. I also have the Legendary Collection theme cards.

Unowns from Neo Discovery. I think I'm shot about 3 alphabets. There were only 26 types of Unowns during this time.

Difference between the 1st, 2nd and 3rd generation cards. I forgot to put the 4th generation cards here...

My Pikachu! I remember I got this promo card when I was 11, along with Flying Pikachu and Surfing Pikachu.

The difference between the Energy cards for the 4 generations. (Left: 3rd and 4th generation; Right: 1st and 2nd generation)

I remember I had 21 self-made Pokemon card decks which I always used to play the game with my sister. Even so, I've never entered any competitions with my decks. I remember I entered one competition at ToyzBar at Atria last year with my Ghost-type deck with a good collection of Gengars, Dusclops' and Banettes. The deck was not really well made in fact and so I lost at the first round. Remembering Pokemon cards reminds me of my Pokemon figurines (they are kept in a box under the piano chair) which also reminds me of how naughty, how cunning, how shifty and how dishonest I was (from age 8 to 9). I remember I tricked Zer Hann into trading my broken Ampharos for his really cool Magneton. I also remember stealing a Kabutops from a shop! I still have it though but it's head came off. Now it's head it back on with the help of UHU glue.

After taking pictures, I kept the cards and opened a box containing a bunch of papers that were simply tossed into. I then dug up my Naruto collection of headbands and kunais. I removed them from their boxes and put them together with my Bleach character key chains that were placed in a shoe box which was placed under my desk.

I have two kunais, one plastic and one metal. The metal kunai can actually hurt somebody. I threw it and it made a puncture in my chair.

My proud collection of Naruto headbands. A few months ago I took the Otogakure headband to school and tried to make Chia Kuui angry. Did not really get the results I wanted but he did not want to touch it. That's a Naruto worshiper for you. Who wanna convert to Narutoism? No thank you. I'm fine with Haruhiism, Kyonkoism and Renaism.

My Bleach key chains. So kyuuute~

I'm doing it right, right? Most Amegakure ninjas have a breathing tube or breathing mask right? I remember the three ninjas that attacked Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura during the chunin exams that were named, Oboro, Kagari and Mubi. I look like Kagari here.

Woot! Who am I?! I'm Chia Kuui! A.k.a. Jak Naruto! Wa-chao! Hahaha.

I also found my Digimon cards.

And my Yu-Gi-Oh! and Naruto cards.

Also, my Pokemon Trading Figure Game (TFG). It seems like I'm the only person among my friends to know and have these babies.

They function the same as the trading card game except you spin to attack (the attacks are located at the base) and you have to move your Pokemon on the battle mat.

Inside the cupboards of my desk are my collection of Bionicle toys. I have quite a lot of them but never a full collection of each set.

Hmm... Even though cleaning up would help me find a lot of my lost treasures, I also lost a bunch of current things during the process. I lost my add math tuition excercise book... Back to cleaning up. Haha. I hate cleaning up...

食べ食べ食べ食べ食べ!!! (Om Nom Nom Nom Nom!!!)

4 packets of soba noodles, 1.4 liters of soup and 10 minutes to gobble 'em up. Yup, I took the Sushi King's Big Bowl Challenge at Ikano Power Center.

We (my family and I) got up at around 9a.m. as my mom planned to eat breakfast at Ikea. I sms-ed Yati to see if he was coming because he was the one to get me to do the challenge with him but until 1p.m. he did not reply my messages.

Before heading to Sushi King for lunch, we (except my dad who went to meet his friends somewhere else) went around Ikano and The Curve. I saw Khai just before going into Daiso and WM at the escalator going to Ikano (or was that him? lol).

Oh yeah, I only had a small chicken wing and half a cup of tea for breakfast so that I can eat up the big bowl which I did not know how big it was. Haha. Before going to Daiso, my mom took us to Sushi King to look at the size of the bowl and get information about the challenge. I was pretty confident.

Lunch time, my dad met us at Daiso and we went to Sushi King. We got our seats and I ordered the Big Bowl Challenge. The rest of my family did not order anything yet because they wanted to see me take the challenge.

So here's 4 packets of soba noodles and 1.4 liters of soup. I started stuffing as much noodles as I can into my mouth.

And then I realised something, the noodles was HOT! The steam was all in my face!

I ignored the heat and continued to swallow, chew, stuff noodles in my mouth and exhale (because I thought exhaling the air out would help).

Oh yeah, because of the steam, my mucus were pouring out. Yucks, hehe.

4 minutes on the clock, I was still gobbling.

I had one minute left and all I had to do was to drink the soup and the soup was still HOT!! Here, I realised that my tongue was rough.

Drink! Drink! Drink! That's 1.4 liters of soup to you, dude!

But I failed. Argh! I felt like I lost to Abigail in 3x3 Rubik's speed cubing. Which is almost impossible because Abby can't beat me in speed cubing. Haha!

I was tired. Almost my whole mouth was scaled, the skin of the roof of my mouth peeled off and I could not taste anything from the tip of my tongue to the center and the surface was rough. Yeah, I was damn full and I felt like puking. Until now, at night, I'm still not hungry. Well, just a little. Haha.

As if he knew, Yati replied my message while the rest of my family ordered their lunch, I told him I did not take the challenge so that when he reads this post he'll regret it! If you're reading this now, in 'yer face, Yaya!

Well, after reflection time, I should have asked to let the noodles cool down a little before eating. Gah! Now my mouth is still painful and I wanna drink something cold. Hmm... Ice cream Soda... Anyway, hopefully I get over this feeling of defeat and take on another eating challenge again. How 'bout eating grapes huh? Kekekekekekeke...

Front Page!

On the front page of today's The Star newspaper (18 September 2009) is a picture of a bunch of cute looking little secondary students running out to the school gate with their bags and smiles on their faces. Well, I can't help but to notice the following things,

-Timothy's brother,
-Peter's brother,
-A big yellow and black board with the words, "Negara Terbilang",
-the painting on the school wall of blue flowers,
-and the school canteen, which I always have problems choosing the food I want without risking my life to get cancer or any other diseases in the future.

Yup, a picture of some students in my school's school uniform is on the front page of The Star newspaper, which has a disturbing and false quote on the bottom.

"Holiday joy: Students of SMK Bandar Utama Damansara (3) in Petaling Jaya just cannot contain themselves as they dash out of their classrooms after the bell rang yesterday. ......"

I have a comment for the quote, one word,

BULLSHIT!

Hahahaha!!

You have no idea how noisy it was when the Star crew asked a bunch of Form 1 students to run and scream over and over again just to get a nice shot and we were stuck in our Physics paper 3. I did not mind 'cause I had finished the paper. Karj tried to go out but Pn. Tan did not let him. Now, I know the true face of newspapers when taking photos for the front page. Kekeke. It's not candid for sure.

It's The Letter Bee

Yeah, I was suppose to post this last week but I forgot about it.
Well, there was this bee in class before our paper started and this bee (or hornet) kept flying around the front door of the class, where Ken and I were sitting. The bee landed on my hand and I gave a high pitched scream (or rather, a screech) with surprise and shook it away. Later, it landed on my hand again but this time I calmly waved it of my hand and Ken and I watched it slowly crawl around the floor and then onto Darryl's pants! Lol. We decided to keep quiet and see what happens.

We were taking when suddenly there was a commotion at the back of the class near the teacher's table. Yubs (or someone, forgot who) came over chuckling saying that Keong got stung in the leg by a bee. Later I learned that the bee crawled up to Darryl's neck and by natural reaction, smacked the bee away and unfortunately the bee landed on Keong's leg and he got stung. The bee then was stomped on by Darryl.

For the next two days, one bee (or hornet) would enter the class and fly around. Xin said that the bees were coming for revenge over their dead "brother" and indeed, the bees flew somewhat near Keong. Last Thursday, the bee that flew in got sliced by the ceiling fan and fell on Samantha's uniform causing a large stain on it. After the paper we had, Xin was joking that the bees targeted Samantha because she had killed and preserved a bee in a container full of liquid and kept it in the class.

How I remembered this bee event? A bee (or hornet, again, I couldn't really identify) flew into the class and went back out. Haha. Darryl who sits in front of me jumped when he saw it hovering above his head. I calmly reminded myself that bees can sense fear and went back to my stupid add math paper.

Brain Squeeze

うあ!

My head hurts after today's add math paper 2 and I still feel brain dead. I just hope d JPS papers won't be tough. I can't take thinking about curricular stuff anymore... I wanna sleep and draw, draw, draw and watch anime~

WTF (When Time Flies)

The weirdest shit happened when I logged into my computer, my wallpaper wasn't there and the icons on the screen were large and were not mine. The screen showed a sense of newness. I was petrified! I was so shocked my heart jumped out of my mouth, screamed and fell onto the floor and flopped around like a fish out of water. After what felt like 100 years of shock, a message popped out saying that I did not log into my computer properly and that I'm at a temporary account. First thing that came to my mind was "What the fuck.", then "Shit." and then "Refresh". I hit the Restart button and waited again.

But another fuken weird shit happen again. After typing my password, I saw my "Life is like Rubik's Cube" wallpaper and felt relieved. Then I saw something that made my skin turn cold, most of my icons disappeared! I obviously panicked. I clicked at the empty spaces where icons used to be but nothing. I gave up as my head started to throb. At least all my important files and downloads did not disappear. I still don't feel comfortable as I'm still wondering what happened to my computer. I gotta ask Josh or Ken about this. Man, it was also a terrible day already, slept too much during exam, my mom is nagging me for not making dinner, Rena is losing and I have Malay tuition later! Gaaah... I'm sick of all these already...

Re:Vision

After so many years, I finally actually did actual revision. Usually when I say I'm doing revision, I'd flip through it and in less than 3 minutes my book is closed and I'm off doing something else. Well, I revised physics for about an hour going through the whole book recalling what I've learned and then time out, Rubik's time. Well, the revision did not pay off today when I took my physics paper. *Gloom...

Anyway, the title I put for this blog post actually gave me an idea for a story (or so say, a manga story line... Muahaha!!). I might expend the idea as I have thought of a title for the story, Re:Re (りり). Oh well, I guess this is my very first story line I've come up with my own but I don't think it'll last long as I have a habit of loving the characters I make and end up not wanting any of them to die even if they are the antagonist. Haha. I'm liking Nabari no Ou now, Naruto can just go into the drain, Nabari no Ou pwned them.

200!!! (and one)

Woot! I've have made two hundred motivational posters (and one)!
But....
I have no way of celebrating it. So? Blargh....
Well, I noticed that my Motivational Posters album in Facebook can only hold 200 pictures so I had to make another album.

Meh.

One Laugh Of A Nightmare

I had one hell of a funny nightmare last night.
It was actually supposed to be shocking scary but I burst out laughing in my dream!

Here's how it went,
My family and I (excluding my youngest sister, dunno why) went to some highland theme park cum hotel for a stay. It was old and it stood on stilts above the hill (after I told Xin he said that it resembles Cameron Highlands). Even so, there were a lot of people there. We got to the entrance and we were having a look around. I suddenly felt like the whole building moved or wobbled or whatever, it went down and then back up to normal position. I though maybe it was because we were in the highlands so I felt dizzy or something.

After my dad checked in, we made our way to our room, dunked the luggage in and went back out. On our way out, I met this pretty girl who I don't recognise nor know her name (for some reason, I always never get a chance to get the name of a girl I meet in my dreams. I miss the chance either by waking up or getting into a situation so that I miss that chance) and talked and I also teased her in a silly way on our way out. We got back to the check-in and we parted because she went to join her family.

I joined my family at the entrance and I felt that feeling again. This time, I looked down at the floor and learned that the reason I feel the wobbling feeling is because, the floor was lose and it was moving up and down with the wind! And I could tell that the floor was gonna break! Eek! I quickly shouted out and got my parents out of the building, in front of the entrance. My sister stood there traumatized, hesitating to get to us. We shouted at her a few times and then she made a leap but the floor suddenly broke and I watched in horror as my sister fell to the ground under us. My mom tired to reach out for my sister but she lost her balance and also fell! I again watched in horror as my mom also fell. But here came the funny part. When my mom hit the ground, she was crying in pain the same way she does when she knocked herself against something. I was shocked and relieved that both my mom and my sister was still okay as they were still moving and breathing. Then it happened. Some guys started laughing after hearing my mom's cries. Then I started to laugh too.

I woke up in cold sweat right after I started laughing. Whoa! I was damn shocked and horrified at that dream but when I recalled my mom's cries, I laughed again, in real life. Shit. Lol. Sorry mom. Haha.

1 Week = 7 Days = 168 Hours = 10080 Minutes = 604800 Seconds = 604800000 Milliseconds. Are You Ready?

One week left till the poll ends for the First Round of Waifu Battaru!!.

Seems like there are a few tight battles between anime girls.

-Tama-chan and Inoue have been catching with each other many times already. (Honestly, I can't believe there are people voting for Inoue. またく...)

-Holo is desperately chasing Yoko who's getting a lot of votes.

-Even though the MOT is put up, Rena's votes are not beating Kyou's. Looks like I'm the only believer that Rena will hunt you down and bang on your door with her bill hook cleaver.

-Earlier Chiri was leading but now it seems like Yakumo is catching up with her.

-No need to say anything. C.C. pwns Eri flat!

-Tough battle here. Maka and Ayano is tackling each other but I believe that Maka will win. After she just became badass.

-No need to say. Haruhi is owns.

-SenzO said that many may not know who Canaan might be. Guess he's wrong or did the votes does not like Hitagi therefore choosing Canaan? さね~

-I though Nagi was gonna win because she's god but now Hina-chan is leading by 7. Oh well~

-Predicted a long before I put her up there, Saber is leading.

-This is bad! I can't believe Kona-chan is having a struggle! Go away, Mai! いやだあぁ!!

-I have nothing to say. Don't really know these two well.

-Unbelievable but I like it! So long Fate! No more Photon Lacer for you girl~

-Nothing to say, but in Ya-ya's mind, "Please win Lenalee!! Please!!"

-Muahaha. Yuki rules! Bug off bitch!

-Well, I don't really mind who will win here. I like both Shana and Tsuakasa. Well, it's a fair battle between "うるさい!"x3 and my favorite klutz.
